2018年4月16日上午，中国国际海洋摄影协会海南分会揭牌仪式在海口举行。中国国际海洋摄影协会主席孟昭澄（原海军政治部宣传部副部长、文化部部长）、海南省国际文化交流中心林丰处长、中国国际海洋摄影协会秘书长曹彩云、中国国际海洋摄影协会副秘书长陈振杰、中国国际海洋摄影协会海南分会主席陈慧、副主席杨卫平及海口市摄影家协会、海南民俗摄影协会、海南南海影像文化交流中心、海南省数码摄影协会等单位领导出席揭牌仪式。

中国国际海洋摄影协会主席孟昭澄（为）中国国际海洋摄影协会海南分会题词“南海魅影” 揭牌仪式，当天还举办了“中外摄影名家海南行摄影作品展”，一幅幅作品充分展示了海南海洋旅游、海洋文化、海南民俗特色，吸引附近市民驻足欣赏。

据了解，中国国际海洋摄影协会前身成立于2009年的中国海洋摄影协会，2014年1月12日正式更名为“中国国际海洋摄影协会”，是联合囯教科文组织承认的国际摄影艺术联合会(FlAP)在中国的地方组织成员，同时也是中国文化部批准成立的丝路国家摄影组织国际联盟(SRPOIA)成员。协会旨在通过摄影师的创作，从不同角度展示美丽中国、美丽海洋，积极宣传祖国海洋文化建设成果，唤醒人们海洋意识，为海洋文化发展贡献力量、增添华彩。
It is understood that the predecessor of the China International Association of marine photography, the China Association of marine photography, was founded in 2009 and officially renamed "China International Association of marine photography" on January 12, 2014. It is a local organization member of the International Federation of Photographic Arts (flup) recognized by UNESCO in China, At the same time, it is also a member of the International Union of Silk Road National Photographic organizations (srpoia) approved by the Ministry of culture of China. Through the creation of photographers, the association aims to show the beautiful China and the beautiful ocean from different angles, actively publicize the achievements of the marine culture construction of the motherland, awaken people's marine consciousness, and contribute to the development of marine culture.
