2017年8月28日上午，来自全国各地摄影、美术书画、商会翘首百余人齐聚古城——西安世园会“罗曼小镇”，祝贺；中国国际海洋摄影协会陕西分会成立挂牌！中国国际海洋摄影协会主席孟沼澄到场祝贺。
On the morning of August 28, 2017, more than 100 people from all over the country, including photography, fine arts, calligraphy and painting, and chambers of Commerce, gathered in the ancient city of Xi'an World Horticultural Exposition "Roman town" for congratulations; Shaanxi Branch of China International Association of marine photography was founded! Meng Zhaocheng, chairman of China International Association of marine photography, was present to congratulate him.
中国国际海洋摄影协会副主席，世界第五次摄影大会代表吴渝生向陕西分会主席——朱正，转赠泰山主持向世界第五届摄影大会代表赠送的平安绶带和大会首日封明信片。
Wu Yusheng, vice chairman of China International Ocean Photography Association and representative of the Fifth World Photography Conference, presented to the chairman of the Shaanxi branch-Zhu Zheng, the peace ribbon and the first day cover postcard presented by Tai Shan to the representative of the Fifth World Photography Conference.
