国海摄协天津分会召开第二次主席团会议
Tianjin Branch of China International Association of marine photography held the second presidium meeting
2021年5月19日下午，中国国际海洋摄影协会天津分会召开了2021年第二次主席团会议。
会议由中国国际海洋摄影协会顾问、天津分会主席李瑞雨主持。书记陈高龙及主席团成员孙德琪、吕增仁、李有波、张保华、陈宝龙、王信阁、杨梦礼、张燕、尹海参加了会议。摄影家唐天甲列席讨论会。
李瑞雨主席首先总结了天津分会揭牌仪式活动情况，同时，再次重申了中国国际海洋摄影协会孟昭澄主席在揭牌仪式上的讲话精神，并强调天津分会要认真学习并贯彻落实；对于孟昭澄主席提出的：“艺术理论、学术研究以天津为龙头、为基础、为骨干”的要求，天津分会要积极行动起来，做好理论及学术上准备，不等不靠率先开展工作并积极配合总会的工作要求。
李瑞雨主席还针对为迎接中国共产党建党100年摄影纪念活动在纪实摄影方面的多元突破及创新方面提出了学术方面的要求，打破纪实摄影传统单一的记录模式，让影像从再现向表达转向。突破与创新需要宽广的学术视野和其它相关学科的知识储备，需要从学理到实践的关联性思考，把传统纪实摄影与当下视觉文化研究相结合，走出一条新路来。
陈高龙书记从意识形态领域阐述了新时代视觉文化的审美要求，对摄影美学转型研究提出了四个层次。着重强调加快提高会员审美能力的培养问题，积极引导和把握会员作品审美价值取向，打造天津分会特色。
尹海副主席兼秘书长对于天津分会与全国兄弟分会之间的横向学术交流及影像文化交流，提出了“请进来走出去”一些建设性意见。李有波副主席对协会发展资金保障也提出了建设性的意见。陈宝龙、杨梦礼二位副主席对会员群体的公益培训提出了可行性方案。张燕副主席还针对总会官网的报道发布问题，提出了天津分会的应对方案。
张宝华、王信阁、吕增仁、孙德琪等主席团成员及摄影家唐天甲都对天津分会的发展提出了建设性的意见。
大家都对天津分会的发展充满了信心，天津分会未来可期。

The meeting was chaired by Li Ruiyu, consultant of China International Marine Photography Association and chairman of Tianjin Branch. Secretary chengaolong and the chairman's members sundeqi, lvzenren, liyoubo, zhangbaohua, chenbaolong, wangxinge, Yang Mengli, Zhang Yan and Yinhai attended the meeting. Photographer Tang Tianjia attended the seminar.
Li Ruiyu first summarized the opening ceremony of Tianjin Branch, and reiterated the speech spirit of chairman mengzhaocheng of China International Marine Photography Association at the unveiling ceremony, and stressed that Tianjin branch should study and implement it carefully; For the requirements of "art theory and academic research based on Tianjin as the leading, foundation and backbone", proposed by Chairman mengzhaocheng, Tianjin branch should take active action to prepare for theory and academic preparation, and not only take the lead in carrying out work and actively cooperate with the work requirements of the general assembly.
President Li Ruiyu also put forward academic requirements for the multi breakthrough and innovation in documentary photography for the 100 year photography commemoration of the founding of the Communist Party of China. He broke the single record mode of documentary photography tradition, and changed the image from reproduction to expression. Breakthrough and innovation need a broad academic horizon and knowledge reserve of other related disciplines, and need to think from the theory to practice, combine traditional documentary photography with the current visual culture research, and go out a new way.
Secretary Chen Gaolong elaborated the aesthetic requirements of visual culture in the new era from the ideological field, and put forward four levels for the study of the transformation of photography aesthetics. It emphasizes the problem of accelerating the cultivation of the aesthetic ability of the members, actively guiding and grasping the aesthetic value orientation of the members' works, and creating the characteristics of Tianjin Branch.
Yin Hai vice president and secretary general put forward some constructive opinions on the horizontal academic exchange and video culture exchange between Tianjin branch and national brothers' branch. Vice President Li Youbo also put forward constructive opinions on the development fund guarantee of the association. Chen Baolong and yangmengli proposed the feasibility plan for the public welfare training of the member groups. Zhang Yan also put forward the response plan of Tianjin Branch in view of the issue of the report and release on the official website of the general assembly.
Zhang Baohua, wangxinge, lvzenren, sundeqi and other presidiums and photographers Tang Tianjia have put forward constructive opinions on the development of Tianjin Branch.
Everyone is confident in the development of Tianjin Branch, which is expected to be available in the future.
